Executive Leadership Role

As a seasoned executive leader, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth and advancement of the organization.

About the Job:

  1. Oversee and execute company strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  2. Develop and maintain key partnerships to drive business objectives forward.
  3. Cultivate and assess new opportunities for expansion and innovation.
  4. Maintain effective communication and liaison with senior management and stakeholders.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  6. Represent the organization externally to various stakeholders, including government agencies, funding institutions, media, and the public.
  7. Plan and develop resource generation strategies to fuel organizational growth.
  8. Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements on behalf of the organization.

Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering / Applied Sciences / MBA / CA or equivalent, along with 20 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in top leadership positions.

Age: The ideal candidate should be between 45 to 55 years old.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities, outstanding communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. They will have a proven track record of working with government institutions, funding agencies, and industry experts involved in technology policy development and industrial sector upgradation.
