Job Title: Senior Strategic Human Resources Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our human resources efforts. The following details outline the requirements and expectations for this pivotal role:

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Lead talent acquisition processes, ensuring competitive hiring practices and a robust talent pipeline.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as hiring costs, turnover rates, and employee satisfaction to inform strategic decisions and drive performance improvement.
  • Promote a positive work environment through innovative employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
  • Direct and mentor HR teams, fostering continuous growth and development within the department.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing expert insights on human resources management and its impact on organizational success.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of senior-level experience in human resources leadership, preferably within technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful HR strategies, talent acquisition plans, and team leadership initiatives.
  • Strong foundation in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and training.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective articulation of complex ideas.
  • Masters in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English is essential.
  • Effective business communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
  • International experience in a similar role, driving global HR initiatives.
  • Experience working in international startups, navigating fast-paced and dynamic environments.
  • Familiarity with valuations, fundraising, and investment opportunity analysis can be beneficial.
  • SaaS software expertise is an asset.

This position reports directly to the CEO, ensuring close collaboration and alignment with executive leadership.
