Main Responsibilities:

  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with key stakeholders to gain an understanding of business objectives and operational style.
  • Operational Management: Direct all operational aspects including premises acquisition, branch setup, human resources, administration, and sales.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Liaise with stakeholders to ensure the organization's processes remain legally compliant.
  • Growth Strategy: Drive growth by enrolling students in various countries.
  • Education and Visa Advice: Provide high-quality education and visa advice.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with educational institutions and universities.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee day-to-day affairs of the organization and assist with supervision and training of staff.
  • Sales Initiatives: Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
  • Employee Support: Provide on-the-ground support for employees as they generate leads.
  • Quality Control: Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs.
  • Customer and Employee Satisfaction: Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.

Requirements

To be successful you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in an education and visa consulting role.
  • High-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to negotiate.
  • Experience in the design and implementation of business development strategies.
  • The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.
  • Experience working to and exceeding targets.
