Key Business Expansion Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Business Expansion Specialist to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to expand our presence in the Pakistani market.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and managing the full sales cycle. This is a high-impact, results-driven role in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and acquire new business clients to expand SUNRATE's portfolio in Pakistan.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive new business opportunities in key market segments.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, contract negotiation, onboarding & retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs, enterprises, eCommerce merchants, and financial institutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of proven experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in fintech, payments, FX, or banking.
  • Strong understanding of cross-border payments, treasury management, and commercial cards.
  • Experience in pitching and closing deals with B2B, small, medium, and enterprise clients.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in B2B financial services, fintech, banking, or FX solutions.
