Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our retail expansion in Pakistan.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality AI services to farmers and technicians, ensuring seamless semen handling, thawing, and insemination techniques for cattle.

Key objectives include driving monthly AI sales targets, planning and executing farmer meetings, and promoting business growth activities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain an extensive network of AI service providers in the region.
  2. Train farmers and technicians on best practices for frozen semen handling, thawing, and insemination.
  3. Optimize routes for effective service delivery.
  4. Provide strategic guidance to teams on cost-effectiveness.
  5. Meet or exceed monthly AI sales targets.
  6. Plan and execute promotional activities, and other initiatives to enhance business performance.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in AI sales, with knowledge of global trends and semen care/handling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Proficiency in computer software tools.
