About the Role

This strategic role plays a critical part in driving data-informed decision-making and delivering exceptional digital experiences within the EdTech stream. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in digital product management, with hands-on experience in business analytics and reporting.

The role demands a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Key responsibilities include devising and tracking the digital strategy for products, leading product roadmap development in collaboration with vendors, owning the UI/UX and customer journey design, leading the development and revamp of new product offerings, and executing back-end integrations with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Track digital product revenues, subscribers, and engagement performance, generating regular performance reports for stakeholders.
  • Perform product pricing, competitor analysis, strategy formulation, and revenue management for assigned portfolios, launching digital products from start to finish.
  • Work on ad-hoc analytical projects, building presentations, securing approvals, and presenting on topics such as revenue growth, customer complaints escalations, and digital strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Product Innovation team for back-end integrations between third-party vendors, ensuring prerequisite requirements are met.
  • Establish, track, and report progress on product metrics and KPIs for stakeholders.
  • Contribute deep product knowledge and insights during product roadmap and strategy discussions, recommending improvements in product management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital product management or development.
  • Strong background in business analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience in Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of the EdTech industry and telecom experience in business and digital products is a plus.
