Location: Based in Islamabad, Pakistan (Hybrid).

About the role:

As AM Digital Platforms, you will develop new digital products according to market demands and manage the current product portfolio. You will interact with key international players in the digital space (primarily global OTTs), local platform owners, and content creators for partnerships.

Your Impactful Goals will include:
  1. Custodian of Digital Products & Platforms roadmap with a focus on developing and maintaining the right product mix.
  2. Deliver KPIs related to profitability, business sustainability, cash flows, and customer satisfaction.
  3. Manage portfolio performance KPIs: Base development, ARPU uplift, Revenue, Acquisitions, engagement, Churn, CLTV.
  4. Develop strategic partnerships to leverage Telenor's scale and market opportunities.
  5. Create awareness and promote products/services focusing on Brand Building.
  6. Manage internal & external stakeholders and lead negotiations to meet targets.
  7. Design and implement new business models for growth and profitability.
  8. Oversee partner management, product management, and P&L management processes.
  9. Ensure compliance with Telenor regulations.
Your Career Path:

What we're looking for:

Education: Bachelor's degree or MBA.

Experience: 2-5 years in Digital Product Management or Telecom VAS domain.

Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
  1. P&L management experience.
  2. Growth mindset with experience in launching and scaling digital products.
  3. Deep understanding of the digital products ecosystem.
  4. Experience in digital product development & management.
  5. Knowledge of selling digital products through non-digital channels is a plus.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  7. Strong organizational, analytical skills, and numerical proficiency.
  8. Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and consumer behavior.
  9. Experience in the technology/start-up environment is highly desirable.
