Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key liaison between customers and our organization, you will deliver exceptional service and support, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Responding to customer inquiries related to shipment tracking, rates, services offered, and other relevant topics.
  • Educating customers on shipping regulations, procedures, and documentation requirements, promoting compliance and transparency.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Offering regular updates on the status of shipments, maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information in our database.
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed, ensuring efficient operation of our services.

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer management systems, enhancing your ability to efficiently manage customer interactions.
  • A willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed, demonstrating your dedication to providing exceptional service.
