
Freight Forwarding Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to fill a key role in our organization.
As the primary point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support. This includes handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues related to shipment tracking, rates, and services offered.
You will also be required to educate customers on shipping regulations, procedures, and documentation requirements. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
To ensure seamless communication, you will provide customers with regular updates on the status of their shipments and maintain accurate records of customer information in our database.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service and support
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Educating customers on shipping regulations and procedures
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Updating customers on the status of their shipments
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
They will also have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management systems.
