Job Overview

The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong administrative and human resources skills, with a proven track record of managing day-to-day tasks, handling HR functions, and contributing to organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage and coordinate office logistics, handle administrative needs, and maintain accurate employee records.
  • HR Functions: Handle recruitment and hiring processes, manage payroll, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Communication: Foster positive employee relations by addressing queries, concerns, and facilitating effective communication between management and staff.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex spreadsheets, use formulas and functions, and analyze data effectively.
  • Efficient Task Management: Utilize Excel to manage tasks such as data entry, payroll management, and financial reporting.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience: Possess a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in both administrative and human resources roles.
Bonus Requirements:
  • Odoo/Zoho Experience: Preferred experience with Odoo or Zoho, showcasing the ability to navigate and utilize these platforms for enhanced efficiency in HR and administrative tasks.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, especially in tasks related to data entry, employee records, and financial documentation.
