Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and general IT tools.
  • Familiarity with IT platforms (e.g., N-able, Genuity, Jira, Freshdesk) is an asset.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving attitude.
Qualification:
