Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Contract Risk Analyst to evaluate and assess various types of contracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing contract documents, analyzing risk factors, and making informed underwriting decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze contract documents to identify potential risks and determine eligibility for underwriting.
  • Evaluate financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents to make informed underwriting decisions.
  • Assess the terms and conditions of contracts to propose suitable modifications or amendments.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate underwriting decisions to relevant parties and provide explanations or recommendations as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • 4 to 5 years of Proven experience in contract underwriting or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in underwriting or risk management.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
