Job Overview:

The role of Recruitment Manager involves assisting the Management in formulating and implementing the company's recruitment policy. This includes overseeing the drafting of job descriptions, identifying core competencies, and supervising the posting of vacancies on various job sites and newspapers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of the recruitment policy
  • Draft and review job descriptions and specifications
  • Identify and develop core competencies for various positions
  • Supervise the posting of vacancies on job sites and newspapers
  • Screen and interview candidates for shortlisting
  • Coordinate with interviewers and managers to ensure timely final interviews
  • Communicate the success or failure of applications to job applicants
  • Analyze past recruitment data for future improvements

Requirements:

To be successful as a Recruitment Manager, you should have a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the recruitment field is required, along with an MBA-HR degree. Retired military officers with staff college qualifications are preferred.

Work Environment:

The ideal candidate will be based in Information Technology and Services, preferably in Lahore, Multan, or Peshawar, Pakistan.
