Job Title: Virtual Office Manager
The role of a Virtual Office Manager involves providing remote support to senior management, ensuring the smooth operation of office duties and tasks. This includes managing routine paperwork, digital filing, typing reports, answering phones, and assisting clients.
You will be responsible for managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, as well as managing a small remote team. You will also submit reports, prepare proposals and presentations, and attend meetings as required.
Your responsibilities include compiling and presenting daily reports, organizing and managing daily tasks, and managing sensitive information and confidential legal documents. You will also create and update databases and records.
As part of this role, you may be required to travel to Rawalpindi and Islamabad for procurement, site visits, meetings, etc.
For this position, we require higher secondary education and a diploma or higher in any field. Desired skills include the ability to work independently and in a team with flexibility, driven by results, confident, and eager to learn in challenging environments. You should possess good problem-solving, time management, and communication skills, be motivated, results-oriented, have a positive attitude, be trustworthy, responsible, and committed to high-quality results.
