Job Title: Cybersecurity Solutions Planning Specialist

Description:

The role of a Cybersecurity Solutions Planning Specialist is to identify, evaluate, and plan the deployment of cybersecurity solutions across the enterprise. This position ensures that security technologies align with organizational security policies, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

The individual in this role will work closely with vendors, technical teams, and stakeholders to assess security needs and propose appropriate solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching and assessing emerging cybersecurity technologies and tools.
  • Developing security solution proposals, ensuring alignment with business and security objectives.
  • Conducting feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for new security tools.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong understanding of security technologies, including SIEM, EDR, DLP, firewalls, PAM/IAM, etc.
  • Experience in security solution planning and vendor evaluation.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks, such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, PCI-DSS, etc.
