Job Title: Front Desk Representative

A front desk representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to patients, relatives, and visitors. The role involves handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and facilitating patient flow.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the department, including handling phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of patient interactions.
  • Facilitate patient flow by guiding visitors to their destinations and ensuring that they receive necessary assistance.
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently.
  • Convey patient-related problems to supervisors and take necessary actions to resolve issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with two to three years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in software applications.
  • Willingness to work in shift duties and adapt to changing circumstances.
