Project Management Specialist

Manage solar projects through the utility application process to ensure successful transition into the construction phase.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate intake meetings from land sales to utilities.
  • Conduct due diligence on project documents and initiate the utility application process.
  • Submit project applications and track progress according to established procedures.
  • Administer NES databases for utility companies and projects, facilitating data management.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and provide timely updates on project status.
  • Maintain departmental accountability and deliverables by liaising between departments.
  • Follow up with utility companies as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of business office experience with general knowledge of business processes.
  • Basic business information and research skills are required.
  • Critical thinking, organization, planning, prioritization, and follow-up skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products and Adobe Pro is mandatory.
