Job Title: Community Development Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our community development initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing operational plans that promote environmental sustainability and community growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement community development projects that foster partnerships with local stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community groups and partners, to build trust and credibility.
  • Create and manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient use of company assets.
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in team management, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community groups and partners.
  • Networking skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and partnerships that drive business growth.
  • Strong PR skills, with experience in media relations and communications, able to represent the company effectively in public forums.
