Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Community Development Manager to lead the growth, operations, and marketing functions that drive the expansion of TeeSquare's learner and partner communities.

In this role, you will directly oversee business development and strategic partnerships while also managing and coordinating the operations and marketing teams. This is a leadership role requiring strong strategic vision and execution to ensure growth initiatives are aligned, well-managed, and impactful.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in community and business development (social sector preferred but not mandatory)
  • 2–3 years of managerial experience leading teams in BD, Marketing, or Operations
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Required)
  • Proven leadership and project management skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • Understanding of the EdTech ecosystem (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Willingness to commute as required

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree (Required)

Experience:

  • Community/Business Development: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Managerial/Team Leadership: 2 years (Required)
  • Social Sector/EdTech: Preferred
