
Client Relationship Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, identifying opportunities to grow business with existing clients, and working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
About the Role- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, including those in critical stages of development or renewal
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, trust, and understanding of their needs and goals
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing client relationships, such as upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve business objectives, including sales targets and revenue growth
- Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to understand their evolving needs and preferences
- Analyze data and market trends to identify areas of opportunity and develop targeted strategies to drive business growth
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including meeting notes, follow-up actions, and performance metrics
- Cultivate a deep understanding of client businesses, including their products, services, and competitive landscape
- Proven track record of success in key account management, with a strong ability to build and maintain high-value relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions, with a strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Highly organized and proactive, with a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools and software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or a related field
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth, increasing revenue, and expanding client relationships
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
