Job Description:

As a Sales Performance Champion at Vertical Edge, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through lead acquisition and nurturing meaningful relationships with customers. Using a consultative approach, the ideal candidate will identify and qualify leads, ultimately closing deals that propel our business forward.

Responsibilities:

  1. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively leveraging CRM systems to manage customer interactions.
  2. Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to create business from new and existing customer accounts.
  3. Negotiate complex deals with senior-level executives, fostering long-term relationships built on trust and mutual understanding.
  4. Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, ensuring tailored solutions that meet their evolving requirements.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 1-3 years of quota-carrying sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  2. Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage customer interactions and track sales performance.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.
  4. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
