Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to lead our high-performing team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of our products and setting standards for our teams to follow.

Your primary focus will be on coaching team members in self-management and cross-functionality, helping the Scrum Team create high-value Increments, causing impediments to removal, and ensuring all Scrum events take place positively and within timeboxes.

You will also collaborate with our Project Manager to develop effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management techniques, assist the Product Owner in establishing empirical product planning, and lead the organization's Scrum adoption.

In addition, you will help plan and advise Scrum implementations within the organization, enable employees and stakeholders to understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work, and utilize SCRUM development processes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Preferably Scrum Master certification such as SAFE, CSM, or PMI-ACP
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience and 2 years leading sprints
  • Demonstrable expertise in agile methodology and frameworks
  • Able to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
