Financial Manager

- Verify financial entries in the ledger from receipts and vouchers.
- Ensure timely deposits into bank accounts by maintaining cash security, depositing all received cash/cheques on alternate days.
- Prepare various payment and receipt vouchers, journal entries, and reconcile statements.
- E nsure accurate accounting for invoices in company records.
- Compile monthly bank reconciliation statements, manage Head Office bank accounts, and support payroll preparation.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit completion, requiring presence during audit days.
- Document tax-related documents for vendors and maintain Company Files of Quick Books for easy access.
- Ensure proper functioning of Quick Books Software in the Sales Department.
- Perform other duties assigned by senior management.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management is preferred.
The successful candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
