Financial Manager

The company seeks a detail-oriented and analytical finance professional to manage financial transactions, analyze financial data, and prepare financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor budgets and provide financial projections.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Liaise with external auditors during annual audits.
- Manage payroll and employee benefits.
- Bachelor of Commerce degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours when required.
