Business Development Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive our sales strategy and expand our clientele. As the front of our organization, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective sales strategies to boost sales and forge strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a relevant role. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is also required. Additionally, excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build rapport with clients, are essential for success in this position.
- Identify partnership opportunities in freelance and e-commerce projects like Fiverr, Upwork, Guru, and PPH.
- Bid effectively to generate new business.
- Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote our products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
