About The Role

Join Motive as a Business Strategy & Operations Specialist to operationalize the systems and cadences that power our Sales Operations engine. You will manage the live infrastructure enabling performance reviews, forecast planning, and strategic visibility across our GTM segments.
This role is designed for individuals who excel in executional excellence, maintaining systems, enforcing process quality, and delivering consistent operational output. As we evolve, these Specialists are central to building a layered, scalable operations structure.

What You'll Do
  • Maintain Reporting Infrastructure: Keep performance scorecards, trackers, and Business Review templates current across segments.
  • Support Operational Cadences: Coordinate and enforce timelines for WBRs, forecast input collection, and segment retrospectives.
  • Ensure Data Hygiene: Perform regular QA on SFDC records, flag misalignments or outliers.
  • Coordinate Inputs Across Teams: Collaborate with Analysts, Sales Managers, Enablement, and GTM Ops to streamline input delivery.
  • Document & Systematize: Update SOPs, reporting documentation, and internal wikis.
What We're Looking For
  • Professional Background: 0–2 years in business operations, sales support, or data-heavy roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel; familiarity with CRMs.
  • Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong attention to detail, process ownership, and clear communication, thriving in fast-paced, remote environments.
  • Education: Bachelor's in Business, Operations, Economics, or related fields. Certifications in SFDC, SQL, or Tableau are a plus.
