Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge video streaming and processing applications.

This is a unique opportunity to work on enterprise-class projects that empower Fortune 5000 companies globally with Live and On-Demand Video Streaming capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Scalable Back-End Processing Pipelines: Develop and enhance back-end processing pipelines to meet evolving needs, ensuring scalability, elasticity, and support for millions of concurrent users.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Product Analysts, Web Engineers, and Front and Back-end engineers to provide necessary support for building new features, participating in weekly bug bash activities, and peer code reviews.
  • Implement Agile Practices: Follow and enforce SCRUM/Agile practices, working with Product Managers to maintain product and sprint backlogs, and propose the adoption of new technologies and trends.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Must have experience with at least one server-side technology (ASP.NET, Java Spring/Spring Boot, NodeJS, or Python), proficient knowledge of underlying frameworks (.NET, Java), and skills in implementing design patterns and logic development.
  • Experience: 06-07 years of relevant experience in designing and developing scalable applications, API and Middleware for web applications, and system-level programming.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ASP.NET Core, libraries in .NET, and Windows services, SignalR, gRPC, or WebSockets, Azure, AWS, or Google PaaS Services, and video streaming technology or encoders/decoders.
  • BS/BSc or above in Computer Science, with good English language verbal and writing communication skills, and authorized to work legally.
