Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, serving as the main point of contact for all account-related matters. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential in order to understand client needs and business objectives, and to propose effective solutions that meet or exceed expectations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth within key accounts. A solid understanding of the industry and market trends is necessary to identify new business opportunities and trends. The ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, is crucial in delivering exceptional service and value to clients. A customer-centric approach and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving are key attributes for success in this role. Previous experience in account management or sales, preferably within a B2B environment, will be advantageous. A results-oriented mindset and a commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations are essential for achieving success in this position.
Requirements
We are currently in the process of expanding our sales team in Islamabad for NETS International Communication Pvt Ltd. Experience: Candidates should have 5-8 years of relevant experience in sales within the Financial Sector clientele.
Responsibilities
Education: Minimum Bachelor, with technical knowledge and certifications in IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in sales within the IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity.
- Strong skills in Business Relationship Management, Sales Operations, Sales Management, Key Account Relationship Building.
- Collaborated with senior executives to set and achieve regional sales goals.
- Forecasted annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets.
- Assisted sales personnel in improving their techniques.
- Developed strategic plans for short and long-term growth.
- Demonstrated a deep understanding of clients' brands and products.
- Managed day-to-day client interactions and resolved issues promptly.
- Participated in team building and sales training initiatives.
- Maintained regular contact with clients and provided updates.
- Conducted market analysis and monitored competitor activities.
