
Executive Coordinator

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to senior executives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling: Manage executives' schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Communication: Coordinate and manage communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Confidentiality: Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion.
- Meeting Support: Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
- Project Management: Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Cross-Cultural Communication: Liaise with international clients and partners, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professionalism: High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Project Management Experience: Experience with project management tools and software.
- Languages: Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the insurance industry.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Administrative Experience: 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- International Experience: Proven experience in dealing with international companies and stakeholders.
