Business Development Executive Opportunity

Marcus Evans is a global business intelligence and event marketing company with a presence in over 20 countries. Our Summits division is the market leader in its field, hosting more than 120 events worldwide.

We are seeking driven and enthusiastic professionals to join our Summits division as Business Development Executives. The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills and be dedicated to contributing to a successful team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify senior decision-makers who align with our summit theme and objectives.
  • Create targeted prospect lists using CRM tools, databases, and online platforms.
  • Develop high-quality outreach campaigns that deliver inbound inquiries.
  • Meet weekly and monthly goals and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain data quality of our contacts database.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales professionals across EMEA and North America.

Qualifications:

  • A recognized degree or diploma in any discipline, preferably Marketing or Business Administration.
  • 1-2 years experience in email marketing, research, and/or lead generation.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • A willingness to adapt to a performance-driven culture.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
