About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Real Estate Sales Executive
to join our dynamic team in G-11, Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building lasting client relationships. This is an
onsite role
offering a competitive
basic salary plus attractive commission
structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage in property sales, including prospecting, client meetings, and site visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Negotiate property prices and terms to achieve successful deals.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation, agreements, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings effectively.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Experience:
    2 years in real estate sales (mandatory).
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Familiarity with the Islamabad real estate market is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and real estate CRM tools is a plus.
