As a seasoned Service Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service delivery. Your primary focus will be on leading the team to achieve superior customer service experience by fostering prompt and effective communication with customers.

This entails coordinating with internal teams such as Planning, Supply Chain, Production, and Distribution to ensure timely delivery of orders and services to customers. Additionally, you will oversee the handling of customer queries, complaints, and issues related to Company products, services, tools, and processes.

Your responsibilities will also include developing key Digital Services and e-Commerce activities, providing support to the sales team on SAP and BI-related issues, and conducting customer surveys to gather feedback and insights. Furthermore, you will be responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, business data analysis, and management reporting.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong background in the textile industry. You should have experience in managing cross-functional teams, customer order management, and analytics. The ideal candidate will have relevant industry experience, good communication skills, and analytical abilities.
