We are seeking a Sales and Business Development professional to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about sales, eager to learn, and committed to building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of sales plans to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct lead generation activities, including researching potential clients and making initial contact.
  • Understand client needs and effectively communicate packaging solutions to address their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client interactions and order fulfillment.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-4 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to achieve sales goals.
