Sales Operations Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's sales process.

The analyst will monitor and analyze data from various sources, including Head office module, distributor module, mobile application, Decision Support System, Mobility, and integration between primary secondary system as well as SAP Business Warehouse.

He/she will identify areas of improvement and recommend changes to optimize sales performance.

Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for software deployment, issue tracking and resolution management, change control management, and coordination with vendors.

The analyst will work closely with sales teams, internal customers, and vendors to implement changes and improve sales operations.

Key skills required for this role include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.
