**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our marketing team as an Experiential Marketing Expert. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating all brand-related events, activations, and sponsorships.

The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of consumer behavior, brand engagement, and experiential strategies to create memorable brand experiences that drive awareness, affinity, and conversion.

This person will get the opportunity to become part of a customer-focused marketing team and collaborate across the wider team including Brand, Media & IMX, Pricing & Segments, Sourcing etc.

The role reports directly to the Stream Head Experiential Marketing.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement experiential marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Plan end-to-end event and activation concepts, including creative ideation, budgeting, timelines, and logistics.
  • Lead the execution of on-ground brand activations, promotional campaigns, corporate events, sponsorships, and trade shows.
  • Work closely with vendors, production houses, agencies, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Ensure events meet brand standards and deliver high-impact audience engagement.
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic sponsorship opportunities to maximize brand visibility and ROI.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of activations and sponsorships.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Proven track record in executing large-scale events, brand experiences, or sponsorships.
  • Excellent project management and vendor coordination skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to travel and manage on-site operations.
