Job Summary:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial ledgers and project cost reports
  • Prepare regular financial statements and budget analyses
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Process subcontractor payments and verify compliance documents
  • Track project budgets and forecasts
  • Reconcile bank, customer, and vendor statements
  • Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting
  • Support project managers with financial insights and data analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
  • Familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks, Zoho, or other systems is a plus
