Head Of Digital Marketing

This is a leadership role that involves managing the Digital Marketing team and driving innovative campaigns to deliver thought leadership to clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead and manage the Digital Marketing team, developing their strategic direction and allocating resources effectively.
  • Trend Monitoring: Continuously monitor emerging technologies, media platforms, and network developments within the digital landscape, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Supplier Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating service level agreements and ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Process Enhancement: Oversee the Digital Marketing process, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement.
  • Media Procurement: Secure competitive media rates and negotiate supplier contracts to maximize value for the Agency.
  • Integration: Foster collaboration between Digital Marketing and other Agency departments, promoting innovation and growth.
  • Financial Planning: Drive departmental profitability and long-term business planning to achieve financial targets.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, developing strategies for assigned accounts and collaborating with Account teams.
  • Digital Strategy Development: Serve as a digital strategist for both internal and external stakeholders, contributing to new business pitches and building confidence in Digital Marketing across the Agency and with clients.
  • Thought Leadership Positioning: Align digital marketing strategy with clients' business goals and objectives, leading high-level discussions on the role of digital within the total marketing ecosystem.
  • Client Guidance: Provide methodological support to creative teams, supporting clients in defining their digital vision and playing an active role in new client acquisition.
