The role of the Head of SEO & Content Marketing involves developing and executing a high-impact organic growth strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This includes driving impactful SEO, content marketing, and organic acquisition efforts, focusing on measurable results and business impact.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable processes and frameworks to maximize efficiency and output from the organic growth team. The ideal candidate will also have expertise in GA4, Google Search Console, and the latest AI-driven SEO and content marketing tools available in the digital marketing space.

A successful candidate will have at least 10+ years of senior management experience in SEO and organic growth with a global B2B tech company, ideally in the cloud computing or web hosting sectors. They will be able to drive growth in website traffic, content engagement, and organic conversions, ensuring continuous improvement in key performance metrics.

This is a hybrid role that requires leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams. The ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities, continuously testing and refining content strategies targeted at our key buyer personas, is essential.

The Head of SEO & Content Marketing will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of SEO specialists, content creators, and analysts. This includes fostering a culture of ownership, performance, and continuous improvement, encouraging innovation in organic growth.
