Role Overview:

We're seeking an exceptional software quality professional to join our team as a Test Automation Specialist. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge automated testing solutions to drive software quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Automated Test Script Development: Utilize industry-leading tools like Selenium, JUnit, or similar to create and maintain robust test scripts that ensure seamless software deployment.
  • CICD Pipeline Integration: Seamlessly integrate automated tests into the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipeline to optimize delivery speed and quality.
  • Test Result Analysis: Analyze test results and provide detailed, actionable reports on software quality metrics to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Collaboration and Defect Fixing: Collaborate closely with developers to identify and resolve defects in a timely, efficient manner.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously enhance test automation frameworks and processes to guarantee optimal efficiency and scalability.
  • Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews for test automation scripts to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality coding standards.
  • Training and Support: Provide expert training and support to team members on test automation tools and methodologies to foster knowledge sharing and growth.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with performance and load testing tools.
