Business Development Manager

You will play a key role in driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Generate revenue and meet or exceed sales targets assigned to your area of responsibility.
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of sales executives and provide guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to succeed.
  • Customer Service: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that our products and services meet their expectations.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies for expansion and growth.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee the smooth operation of sales activities, including inventory management, customer service, and shop working.

You will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, overseeing smooth working of outlets, maintaining staffing levels, ensuring customer services, timely payment, and receivables. Additionally, you will contribute towards the development of departmental strategies both at regional as well as National level.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in Urdu and English, proven leadership skills, and good interpersonal skills. Knowledge of market trends, sales management, and customer services would be an added advantage.
