Our organization is seeking a skilled and driven Sales Development Representative to help expand our customer base.

Job Overview

The primary role of this position involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through research and outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.

This individual will work closely with the operations team to ensure that loads are coordinated smoothly, deliveries are on time, and customers are satisfied. Additionally, they will stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies and identify new sales prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business leads through targeted research and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate efficient load management, timely deliveries, and excellent customer service.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
