Job Title: Dynamics 365 Expert

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Expert to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and be proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and React.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Dynamics CRM projects from implementation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Design and develop custom solutions to enhance Dynamics 365 functionality using various tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain reports and dashboards for Dynamics 365/CRM.
  • Develop high-quality code using various technologies and contribute to improving existing systems.
  • Assist with architecting Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems, related customizations, portals, and reports to meet client needs.
  • Implement security measures in Dynamics 365/CRM and ensure data integrity.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on integration and data warehouse efforts.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of software development experience with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, React, and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards for Dynamics 365/CRM.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Dataverse, Dataverse API, and system integration.
  • Performance tuning of SQL and knowledge of both on-premises and online versions of Microsoft Dynamic 365 CRM.
  • College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Competencies:

  • Proficient in developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in creating CRM Environments.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft .NET 3.5+ development using C#.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using either the CRM SDK or plugin platforms.
  • Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment.
  • Strong initiative to improve solutions, systems, and processes.

Preferred Competencies:

  • Experience supporting Microsoft products.
  • Experience with Power Apps custom connectors and Power Apps component framework.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM certification.
  • Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Agile development team experience.
