
Leading Business Growth Through Strategic Sales

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in franchise sales, with a strong ability to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. This role requires a highly motivated and organized individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with existing and prospective franchisees to discuss the benefits of our franchise model and promote new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute multi-year growth strategies for assigned territories to increase franchisee leads and sales.
- Maintain relationships with key brokers and developers in the market to identify new opportunities.
- Partner with the Director of Franchise Development and Sales Associates to conduct in-market meetings and develop sales strategies.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in franchise sales with a proven ability to produce results.
- Strong problem-solving skills, tenacity, and ability to navigate complex situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with advanced organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to review and understand financial statements and other legal documents.
- Travel extensively to conduct market visits and prospective franchisee meetings.
