Job Title: Field Sales Officer
About the Role:
- Drive sales and achieve targets through institutional sales channels for steel pipes.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in institutions, understanding their requirements, and providing suitable solutions.
- Responsible for market analysis, sales planning, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop targeted sales plans.
- Negotiate and close deals with key stakeholders in institutions.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
