Prosegur Change are now opening several new branches at Changi Airport and therefore looking for Senior Sales Consultants.

Job Description:

An exciting opportunity awaits you in our Changi Airport, Singapore operation to join one of the most successful independent retail foreign exchange groups. We are committed to nurturing individual skills and supporting career aspirations.

As a Senior Sales Consultant at Prosegur Change, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and delivering our customer service policy and standards within the team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our operational goals are achieved by acting as a responsible coach and mentor to your colleagues. You'll lead by example, providing guidance and support to help the team excel in delivering outstanding service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert all GP opportunities by continually calling-in customers, selling-up and closing the deal to maximise the full potential of each enquiry/transaction
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Adhere to The Change Group customer service policy
  • Maintain a professional approach to colleagues and management
  • Coach and mentor Trainee FX Sales Consultants until they successfully complete their FX Sales Consultant Certificate
  • Follow all internal procedures when handling company value
  • Be aware of and adhere to security features and procedures within the branch
  • Keep the bureau clean & tidy and report all repairs and maintenance issues to line manager
  • Inform management immediately if there is the slightest suspicion of untoward behaviour within the team
  • Undertake other duties as considered essential for effective operations and services, as this list is not exhaustive

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a similar role
  • Experience of working in a busy environment
  • Experience of working in a customer facing role
  • Strong IT skills which are relatable to the role

Hours:

  • 44 hours per week, flexible hours, including weekend, evenings and night shifts

Eligibility:

  • Must be eligible to work full-time in Singapore
  • Must be able to provide a clean Certificate of Clearance if the applicant is a Singaporean national or a clean criminal background check from country of origin, if the applicant is a foreign national, to obtain an airside pass

Note:
