
HR & Admin Assistant / Executive

Job Description
- Provide both HR-specific and general administrative support to the HR Department and Senior Manager.
- Handle the onboarding and offboarding process for employees.
- Maintain and manage proper document filing (e.g., photocopying, scanning, filing, and printing).
- Maintain proper documentation of employee records.
- Application, renewal, and cancellation of permits.
- Payroll calculation and processing of employees' medical claims.
- Maintain and update company insurance records.
- Ensure workplace safety protocols are adhered to.
- Manage daily general administration tasks including maintaining office facilities, in-house dormitory matters, supplies, and equipment.
- Handle work injury claims.
- Organize and coordinate company cultural activities and meetings.
- Any other ad-hoc admin duties which may be assigned.

Candidates must be willing to work in the East.
Salary will commensurate with experience.
Candidates with experience in the construction/renovation ID industry will be at an advantage.
