Human Resources Leader

We seek a skilled and strategic Human Resources Leader to drive our organization's HR vision forward.

This role requires a professional with expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. As a key member of our leadership team, you will develop and execute strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent while fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviews, onboarding, and orientation programs.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations: Build strong relationships between management and staff to foster a collaborative and inclusive work culture. Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts to ensure alignment with company policies.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes and implement key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide guidance to managers on handling employee performance and improvement plans.

Education:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An MBA or professional HR certification is highly preferred.

Experience:

At least 1-2 years of experience in HR leadership roles is necessary.
