
Business Development Manager

As Business Lead for the Insurance and Auto Finance vertical at PakWheels.com, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, refining existing offerings, building relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating with marketing and operations teams, and staying updated on market trends and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive business plan and growth strategy for PakWheels insurance and auto finance vertical.
- Identify customers' needs and refine existing PakWheels insurance and finance offerings and/or create new products for the auto finance and insurance segments.
- Build and grow relations with key stakeholders in banking, insurance, and corporate (B2B) segments.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align outreach strategies and optimize lead generation and nurturing.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure the timely and seamless execution of services.
- Stay updated on automotive market trends, insurance product innovations, and regulatory changes affecting the ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of auto financing, auto insurance products, etc.
- 5-7 years of experience in the consumer banking, insurance or associated sector.
- Good knowledge of digital channels, online lead generation, etc.
- Creative and analytical thinking, data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Graduation/Master's in the relevant field.
