Job Title: Infrastructure Development Lead

Overview of the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership position in infrastructure development, overseeing capital projects across Pakistan. As part of this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that these projects are delivered efficiently, meeting time and budget constraints while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, external partners, and local authorities to achieve project objectives. Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate individuals who drive impactful change are highly valued in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and deliver core capital projects and regional programs across all Pakistan Sites to meet Environmental Health & Safety, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sustainability objectives.

  • Ensure adherence to local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

  • Recommend feasible technologies and solutions to maximize capital efficiency.

  • Support site engineering head in building capital and project management capabilities within the site.

  • Collaborate with global subject matter experts, procurement category managers, and align strategies and solutions.

  • Effectively manage budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve project goals.

  • Cultivate relationships with internal teams, external contractors, and government authorities.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

  • Maintain regular progress reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, etc.)

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in managing capital projects or infrastructure development.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

  • Familiarity with sustainability initiatives in infrastructure projects.

  • Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams.
