As Manager Capital Projects, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of capital projects at our Pakistan site. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of capital projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and other teams to ensure seamless project integration.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing innovative solutions and best practices.
• Provide clear communication and updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications/Skills

Basic:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing capital projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred:

• Postgraduate degree in Engineering or Project Management.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP).
